2012 Maintenance Fees
View a PDF version of the 2012 Operating and Refurbishing Budget Communication. This document was sent to all owners with annual and biennial-even year usage in December 2011, and provides the maintenance fees for 2012 as well as some of the accomplishments in 2011 and future plans for 2012.
Payment Methods for Maintenance Fees:
- PayPal. We are pleased to offer payment options through PayPal to pay your annual fees. Simply choose the RVM Maintenance Fee for Resort Villa Management Maintenance Fees or LORV Maintenance Fee for LOR Maintenance Fees and then enter your Client/Lease # and then click the PayPal button. Options are also available for Platinum Club annual membership fees, as well as the Sunchaser Premier Owners Association (SPOA). Make your selection from the drop-down menu, and then complete the important information on the PayPal page to process your payment.
