Vacation Ownership Services (VOS) Office

In efforts to improve the quality of service and response times to our owners we added additional staff to the Calgary VOS office in the latter part of 2010. This greatly assisted our responsiveness to the high call volumes experienced in the Fairmont office. This also led to efficiencies in terms of a more centralized service, and technology improvements. While the opportunity to provide face-to-face service in Fairmont is recognized as a valuable convenience, we find that the economics of providing reservations and Platinum Club agents across two physical locations is not viable at this time.

Therefore, effective September 1, 2011, the Fairmont VOS office (reservations and Platinum Club) has closed.
All reservations and Club requests must be directed to the Calgary VOS office.
The toll-free number for the central reservations office in Calgary is 1-877-451-1250.
Reminder - a Reservation/Deposit Form is available on our website on the Documents page.

Please keep in mind that email  is also available as an alternate communication channel; customercare@northwynd.ca. We expect that straightforward requests can be conveyed by email or fax, thus alleviating some of the congestion and delays in trying to make contact by phone. Please don't hesitate to let us know how we're doing.

Sales Office Relocation

In June 2010 the Sales Office relocated to the former location of the Wildside Gift Shop on Fairmont Frontage Rd. It is just a short distance away from the old location and the same contact numbers are in effect. We encourage you to stop in to say hello, and to ask about the RCI Points Program and "Legacy for Life".
